• our payments integration plugin securely transmits payment information direct to our payment processing platform without it passing through our website’s servers. This means we never see or have access to customer credit card data. Our payment processing platform is PCI compliant and we are also required to review and validate our own PCI compliance annually
• we limit access to personal information to a “need-to-know” basis
• we regularly protect all system components and software used to collect, hold, use and disclose personal information with the latest vendor-supplied security patches and updates
• our website is regularly scanned for security threats and malware and active firewall protection is maintained
• our devices and applications are protected by strong and regularly changed passwords and are stored in secure premises
• if we no longer need personal information, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify the information
